貨架表面噴塑標準
1、熱固型環(huán)氧聚脂型粉末涂料，涂裝工藝要求在涂裝線上作業(yè)，保證涂層表面豐滿平滑，無明顯色差桔皮等現(xiàn)象。涂膜厚度大于60um,硬度2H，其質(zhì)量均按GB9286標準進行Thermosetting epoxy polyester powder coating, painting process requirements in the painting line operation, to ensure that the surface of the coating is smooth, no obvious color orange peel and other phenomena. 3、硬度（耐磨性）達到GB6739-86標準中2HHardness (wear resistance) reached GB6739-86 standard 2H;
4、耐腐蝕性（鹽霧試驗）GB1771-91>500小時Corrosion resistance (salt spray test) GB1771-91>500 hours.
5、彎曲試驗2mm條件下合格Bending test under 2mm conditions,
6、耐沖擊力大于400N/cmImpact resistance is greater than 400N/cm.
